Bandwidth Graph Reports No Traffic

I have created a bandwidth graph for a host that I monitor, however the graph is always reporting 0 Mbps in and out while I know there is traffic on the port as I can see it in a Cacti graph of the same interface. The only difference between this graph and another functional bandwidth graph is that this one was created manually as opposed to the other which was created when the host was first added via the wizard. Perhaps a step was missed when the graph was manually created?

Both are using the xiwizard_switch_port_bandwidth_service template and the check_xi_service_mrtgtraf check command with the only difference in the arguments being the name of the RRD graph in Arg1. Any guidance/suggestions would be appreciated.

Running the following:
Nagios XI v5.3.1
CentOS release 6.4

Could you show us the service definition?

I believe the wizard will create the MRTG file, so that a RRD file gets created, and for us to poll. Did you do this manually?

What would you like to see from the service definition? I'm happy to post a screen grab of it or something. I tried to do a find -name "rrdfile" from the CLI but it doesn't return any results. It also doesn't for the graph that works either...am I using the wrong search command to make sure the file actually got created? Where would the RRD file get stored?

I'm attaching a screenshot of the configuration for the service. If you want to see something different, just let me know. If I attempt to do a find -name "<name of the rrd file>" from within the CLI, I don't get any results...but I also don't get anything when I do it for a graph that is working, so maybe that command isn't valid in the CentOS.

I kinda doubt anything in https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=9 is the problem, since you have working graphs, but if you could through that document just to rule out common issues, that would be great. Thanks!

I had already stumbled across that KB when I was first researching my problem. The spooled files results come back very low (0 or 1 usually). User account is fine, not expired or anything. I can alter the verbosity for the log files for a cycle if you would like me to and post the results?

Yes. Let's do that. Thanks!

I changed both the npcd and perdata logging and didn't see any errors, time outs, or anything that looked unusual. I also confirmed that the RRD file in question is actually there.
