Hi Guys,

I've been having the following issue-> When I try to install the GeoMap Dashlet

1) First it failed and from the logs I've seen this errors:

2) I try to correct the permissions by hand as you can see on the attached files and then I received the message 'dashlet scheduled for installation' and nothing happend.

I tried to restart httpd and Nagios but the error still persist. I also tied to follow this kb doc -> https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=174

What version of XI are you using? The dashlet installs fine for me on 5.3.2.

I have Nagios 5.2.9! I am kinf of confused about the error:

I am also kind of confused with the message that I get 'Dashlet Installation scheduled' and then nothing happens... Is there any way to install it by hand? or by cli ?

While 5.2.9 isn't ancient by any means, it's definitely not current. There have be some permission and other issues resolved between then and 5.3.2. If you aren't opposed to an upgrade, I would do that first.

That's ok guys I will upgrade it and let you know how it goes.

I'll leave the thread open in case the upgrade doesn't work for you. Please let us know if it does.
