Not updating via UI

Hello,
Every time we upgrade NagiosXI we lose the ability to do updates via the user interface. I have attached a screen shot of what I get. It will sit like this most of the day before failing.
I have opened a thread on this before (
https://support.nagios.com/forum/viewto ... 16&t=38675) and was told that the issue would be fixed in 5.3. Unfortunately, it has not been.
I have attached a download of the system profile.

Which version of Nagios were you upgrading from previously? If it was a 5.2.x version, then the changes to the upgrade process won't take affect until AFTER the upgrade.
There were changed made in 5.3, and at this point it seems to be a different issue on each system. If you'd like, I could sit through a remote session the next time you want to upgrade and I can debug through the process with you to figure out why it's getting stuck.

I am upgrading from 5.3.1.
If you think sitting with me during an upgrade will help, I'm for it.

Sure, it'll at least allow me to see what's going on and why it isn't finishing successfully. I might be able to fix it on the spot if it's a one off.
When we release the next version, and your system needs to be updated, could you submit a ticket in referencing this thread and my username? We'll get something scheduled from there.

Sounds like you're handling this through a ticket instead. Are we okay to lock this thread then?

As v.5.3.3 is out I have put in a ticket. You may close this thread if you wish.
