Performance Graphs Are not showing up - Data Exists

Post by andore14 »

Hello!!!

My NagiosXI interface is having trouble showing performance graphs...

When i try by the service detail and the page load the graph with the default timeframe (defined in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/xicore/status-object-detail.inc.php), the graph shows (image below)!

But, when the auto-refresh (defined in the performance settings) reload the page or i choose another timeframe in the box (for example, change the 30 days to 4 hours), the graph doesn't show up.

The data is there, because when i change the default in .php file, loads the graph ok (with any timeframe)... Only with the auto-refresh or trying to change the timeframe in the box crashes the graph.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

I see you are running 2014R2.6 which is somewhat older at this point - would upgrading to the latest 5.3.2 be an option? This may have been fixed either directly or indirectly in the many patches that have been released.
