Hi Team,

Can please let know what is difference between the below mentioned status information because we get this information whenever a device/server is down.So just wanted to understand why for device/server down we are getting one status information for few devices and other status information for other devices.

One is your Nagios check timing out, and the other is the actual plugin timing out. Both are important, as not all plugins are built with a timeout, where as some are.
