Please enhance the API to allow adding or removing scheduled downtimes through your REST API.

Not other than asking in a ticket/thread. PM is not a good option for that since if I am out of the office/busy another tech won't see it.
It won't be in 5.3.3, I can say that much. There's no scheduled release date for 5.3.4 at this point.
