NagiosXI upgrade Disconnected Network

Hello,
NagiosXI version : 5.2.9
Centos : 6.8
How do I upgrade in a disconnected environment.
We deployed using the ovf template. We upgraded 2 other servers in the same subnet and even thou they were in disconnected network, the upgrade worked.
For this particular server the upgrade to 5.3.2 is not working.
I have attached the upgrade.log of the server where it worked.
