Is it possible when you add video stream to be monitored. It gets an icon like the view performance graph but then a video icon.
And is it possible to add this code in it. So you can watch the stream. http://xmodulo.com/watch-live-streaming ... linux.html

I don't think this is going to be possible. You could probably use the notes component to make custom changes in XI which would allow you to link to the URL, but there isn't going to be a way to replace perf graphs -> a video.

Not replace it but a extra option like graphs

While this would be technically possible, I don't think this is something we are going to do right now. That is a fairly niche feature, and there are already products like ZoneMinder that handle camera input quite well.
