Delay in service check

Hi All,

We are observing 10-15 minutes delay in service check, Whenever new services added or recheck a service forcefully delay can we observed.

We are getting following entries in logs:

/var/log/nagios/nagios.log:[1479888680] Max concurrent service checks (10) has been reached. Nudging host1:Check cursors oltp by 6 seconds...
/var/log/nagios/nagios.log:[1479888680] Max concurrent service checks (10) has been reached. Nudging host2:Check tablespace olap by 11 seconds...
/var/log/nagios/nagios.log:[1479888681] Max concurrent service checks (10) has been reached. Nudging Switch3:GigabitEthernet1/0/4 by 9 seconds...
/var/log/nagios/nagios.log:[1479888681] Max concurrent service checks (10) has been reached. Nudging host3:Swap by 13 seconds...
/var/log/nagios/nagios.log:[1479888681] Max concurrent service checks (10) has been reached. Nudging host4:Check userexpired oltp by 13 seconds...
/var/log/nagios/nagios.log:[1479888682] Max concurrent service checks (10) has been reached. Nudging host5:Check Backup olap by 10 seconds...
/var/log/nagios/nagios.log:[1479888682] Max concurrent service checks (10) has been reached. Nudging host6:Check instance olap by 10 seconds...
/var/log/nagios/nagios.log:[1479888682] Max concurrent service checks (10) has been reached. Nudging host7:chek_hpasm by 14 seconds...

Point #6 is particularly pertinent to your situation.
