Hello

Manual installation on Centos 7.3 (64bit)
LDAP /Active Directory Integration 1.0.6

I am trying to configure FreeIPA/idm (http://www.freeipa.org) in the LDAP/AD plugin but so far with little luck.
I am able to connect to the ldap server (389 Directory Server) (if I don't use SSL) but I am not able to the location in the ldap tree where the users are because the plugin ignores the anything not dc.
So even if my base DN is cn=users,cn=accounts,dc=acme,dc=corporation,dc=com i am only shown the root (dc=acme,dc=corporation,dc=com) and there are no way to navigate down.

So...please make LDAP plugin support location of users other places the in dc root

I have created Feature Request 10223 for your issue. You can inquire via the forums or ticket on its status.

It may also be helpful to include screenshots of your configuration along with output of any errors you might receive.

Yes it is still open. There has been no change in status since your last inquiry.

There is no public facing interface for you to view it.

I don't know what sort of guide you are looking for other than your request which is still pending.

In addition to what @avandemore said...

I can't say whether XI 5.5 will be released in June, but we do try to get a new release out every six months.

You can review our complete public roadmap at https://www.nagios.com/roadmaps/
