Please PM me a copy of your profile so that we can take a look at your configuration. You can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the Download Profile button in the top right corner.

After you PM the profile, please update this thread. Updating the thread is the only way to get the thread to pop back up on our dashboard. Thanks!

There was a BPI fix in 5.2.4 and I notice you are using 5.2.3. Is it possible for you to upgrade? Also, the latest BPI component is now 2.5.0. Instructions for the manual upgrade are available at https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... nstall.pdf

After you upgrade XI, please check to make sure the BPI component was also upgraded.
