Upgrade Nagios

Hi Team,
We are getting message in nagios for the upgrade can we go for the upgrade without any issue.? but we already done backup of this virtual server,

That depends on a variety of factors. Do you have an offloaded DB? Are there any other customizations (other than the configs themselves)? If you have a stock install, then things should go smoothly.
I would suggest the manual upgrade rather than the GIU upgrade:
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... nstall.pdf. It just seems to have better error messaging since it's not dealing with the layer of php/apache. Of course, one hopes you don't need the error messages!
