Commit taking forever - dot dot dot for Ever....................................

I noticed the ssl error log file complaining.

So I have to ask. Is it a bad idea to try 5.3.4 in production? Stick to 5.3.3 for now?

Exact issue here. Fresh install from OVF

***UPDATE*** New OVF uses localhost4 and localhost6 in the /etc/hosts file. Added localhost to the v4 ip line and it works like a champ now!

@SteveBeauchemin, was @dfmco's suggestion of any use to you?

We haven't seen any issues to suggest you shouldn't use 5.3.4 in production...yet.

My hosts file has this in it.

127.0.0.1   localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1         localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6

But it no longer matters.

I used a different script to solve this.

I ran uninstall_xi.sh in the nagiosxi scripts directory.

Installing everything clean again.
