Hello.
We have problems after upgrade to latest version Nagios XI 5.3.4
When i trying add new server (linux or windows) Configuration Wizard works on step 1 & 2
But on step 3 we recieve empty screen (screenshot attached 3.jpg)
upgrade was installed manually
nagios server is VMWare template

Could you post the upgrade.log for us to look at? I just verified on my stock system, and the file does exist -

What information are you entering in the previous pages, anything with special characters of sort?

If you could post screenshots of those two pages, that might be helpful in determining if there is a different bug other than just special characters, but certainly special characters could be a potential cause.

but seems there new version?

62 is a nagios IP address
no any special characters all just on standard page

If you go to Admin -> Manage Config Wizards (under System Extensions), what are the versions of your Linux and Windows wizards?

You should have Linux Server 1.5.3 and Windows Server 1.4.5. If either of those is not the case, you can click the blue "Check for Updates" at the top of the page.

Assuming you have the latest versions, what happens if you use https rather than http?

Good! Its worked when i used https... So we need always use https rather than http?
Also there was updates for:
Bulk Host Cloning and Import
Linux SNMP
NCPA
Postgres Server
SNMP
SNMP Walk
Network Switch / Router
Windows SNMP

I would update the other wizards as well, can't hurt. Regarding the SSL - was your system setup to use HTTPS? If so, then that's the route you'll want to go. https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... s%20XI.pdf

That's certainly a option. Usually this is caused by the wizard being run under https. Just re-running the wizard under http should fix the issue.

I'll also mention that yesterday we released XI 5.4.0. There are a lot of important security updates. Instructions are at https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... nstall.pdf. If you look at the change log, you won't see a ton of entries, but you will see

- Upgraded Nagios Core to version 4.2.4 -JO
- Upgraded NDOUtils to version 2.1.2 -JO
- Upgraded NRDP to version 1.4.0 -JO

Those are where the bulk of the improvements are, and each of those have their own separate change logs, which I can link for you if you would like.

No special setup for HTTPS
