Schedule backup is not working for my system from Oct 28 th 2016.

Can you please help on this.

Is this a scheduled remote backup or a scheduled local backup?
What version on Nagios XI is running on the server?

Can you post this log file from the server so we can view it for errors? Also, run the following commands as root on the server and post the output.

FYI: Backup location is on a share drive mounted to the system.

Can you run the following commands on the server and post the output? Also, the directories in the /store/backups/nagiosxi folder can be deleted as they are old backups that failed and this will free up some space on the server.

Can you login to the XI interface and go to the Admin > Scheduled Backups menu and verify that the location is set correctly?
It is hard to tell in the screen capture if it is using the correct path.

/opt/depot/vendors/nagios/backups/dfwlxngxi01/

Thanks for confirming that the path was correct.
Go to that folder Delete the failed backups from the 18th of October and then try running the backup manually and see if it works.

You mean to delete below two files.
