Hello,

Most of my rrd graphs aren't working anymore.
I get this in my perfdata.log

Code: Select all

Were there any changes made to the system, like an XI upgrade?

What's the output of ll /usr/local/nagios/share/perfdata/?

i always upgrade, but the graphs started malfunctioning from the beginning.

The output of the command , shows all my devicenames that are monitored in nagiosxi

In the host dir, that is having trouble, i can see that the .rrd files of the service in particular are not created.

I am seeing some corrupt MYSQL tables so lets fix those and see if that helps out.
Login as root to the server and run the following to repair the database.

Code: Select all

mysqlcheck -f -r -u root -pnagiosxi --use_frm --databases nagios nagiosql
service nagios restart
Wait for 15 minutes to see if the graphs start to populate.
If not, can you post the host name and the service name of one example of a missing graphs?

The graphs are still not working, also the rrd files are not created.

Also, it the plugin / check that you are using doesn't return performance data, a performance graph will not be created and that is a normal function.
To see if a host or service returns performance data, go to the Host Details or Service Details screen and select one of the host or service checks.
Then click on the Advanced Tab, if you do not see data in the Performance Data: field, then there will not be a graph generated.
If you do see data there and no graph, then the performance output is not correct and we will have to see a screen shot of it to help debug the issue.
Please post that here.
