What version of XI are you running, and what version of the BPI component? Can you please PM over a profile for me to review? (Admin -> System Profile -> Download Profile)

we are using Nagios XI 5.2.7 and the BPI component version is 2.4.4

Underneath the message field when sending a PM, you should be able to attach a file:

EDIT: profile received and placed into shared folder for techs.
