Monitoring Engine does not start

We just noticed that the Monitoring Engine was not running.

Yes, Ramdisk was in used...I follow the new ramdisk documentation but still will not run....HELP!!!

Dont fine anything useful in logs.


Nagios XI Version : 5.4.0
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4 (Santiago)

Nagios is crashing

Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
#0 0x0000003748c7f791 in strcat () from /lib64/libc.so.6

Did you still want us to look into this? It sounds like you got things resolved.

Just an FYI: Our support ends on 2pm US Central on Fridays and re-opens 9am US Central on Monday (it's currently 9:22 am here).

If I can duplicate it or comes up again, I'll open this back up.

BTW, is there "official" documentation on reverting from using ramdisk? ...this was done by someone else who is no longer with us and I'll like to undo the ramdisk setup so that future upgrades can be smoother.
