Nagios Fusion not connecting to XI nodes

Hey all,
I've looked around a bunch and tried various solutions for my issue but haven't had luck. I'm here for some help.

Nagios Fusion: Nagios Fusion 2014R1.1
Nagios XI: Nagios XI 5.4.0
No SSL config on XI systems.
Trailing / in server config.
Using IP not name for server address.
In Nagios XI I have created a user:

Now I think I've given enough permissions. I don't really want an admin user for this.

Any help on seeing red in the credentials screen?

When you look at the actual status, is it still polling for information? I had a remote last week, where it was reporting this information, but the page actually was updating with the host / service status information.
From the Fusion machine, is it able to resolve the hostname in the Public URL?
Please run tail -f /usr/local/nagiosfusion/var/poller.log for a bit, and post what debugs out from this file for us to review.

It looks like poller is running - could you also see the other question?

I guess so here is a snap of the status screen of fused servers.

So is something broken if the credentials pages just shows all red like that? Or is it just a glitch in fusion?

It appears to be just a GUI error based on what I was seeing in my testing - does this number lookg accurate to what you're expecting?
There is a new version of Fusion in the works, which should be released in the very near future and is a complete rewrite. Once it's released, I suspect bugs like this will vanish.

@rkennedy's post clear things up or has the issue otherwise been resolved?
