How to notify 2 contact groups based on time zone

Essentially, we have 2 support groups; one working out of the USA and the other out of UK. We want to notify US team (times in Pacific) from 8am-12mn and UK team from 12mn-8am. I've looked through the docs and couldn't find an option to be able to do this. Perhaps I maybe missing something but if anyone out there could direct with an example that will be awesome. Thanks much.
