Translating Japanese text alerts (email) into English

Hi there
I've had Nagios setup and some of the end users are using OS (with Japanese language) so whenever I receive the decade alerts (i.e for FS threshold or CPU threshold) the alert comes in standard English and garble and I have to login to the server to check each time. Please don't tell me to add secondary language into my config files, I'd rather have them come in English as primary language
I have been cracking my head for help online but all I am getting are frank4dd's documentation for Japanese language alerts
