Hi Team,

I have sent out an email to support team in creating a ticket for the same url https://support.nagios.com/forum/viewto ... 16&t=41745. Could you please help me with this. thanks.

We generally only work through an issue at one place to stay organized - from what I can tell in the last thread, you opened a ticket about this - have you not heard a response? What is the ticket #?

It looks like Adam responded yesterday to Ticket#2017020110000293

Did you want to proceed here or in the ticket?
