Oracle Agent Issue

Hi Team,
I have recently upgraded nagios xi to the recent release. https://support.nagios.com/forum/viewto ... 16&t=41959
Post upgradation, we are seeing the issue with Oracle configurations, they are not working for us.
I followed the document to setup Oracle agent on the server RHEL.
Tried installing 12 on the server, it failed stating the error.
So I've installed 11 on the server, it did installed without issues.
But when I am running the check command, i am getting error. Could you please help me with this issue.
