EMC VNX 5300 Storage configured in Nagios xi server

Hi ,
We have configured EMC VNX 5300 storage in Nagios XI 5.2.9 server , but we didn't get any output returned from plugin and Services are showing Unknown . We have attached error message , please give me solution for that error .

When you initially ran through the wizard, did any of the fields you populated contain a symbol / special character at all? This can affect things all around and would make sense.
After answering that, could you also post your /usr/local/nagios/var/objects.cache for us to review?

Hi ,
No , I didn't get any populated contain a symbol / special character at all . we have attached objects.cache file please review and get back to me .

I am not seeing anything attached - could you attach objects.cache once again?

Hi ,
I am unable to upload objects.cache file directly . So , i convert as a text file and upload it .
Please find the attached text file and give the right solution .

Can you run the following commands on the server and post the output so we can see the version of the plugin are you running and the output of one of the checks?
Code: Select all
su nagios
/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_emc_clariion.pl --help
/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_emc_clariion.pl -H 172.16.29.22 -u readonly -p Emcnagios123 -t sp_cbt_busy --sp A --warn 60 --crit 80

I spoken to Project team they changed password , now i modified credentials in CCM - services
Now all services are working fine .
