How does nagios generate report of applied monitoring at aws via cloudwatch ? what you use to get values from aws?

Could you please clarify what you're asking?

To bring data in to Nagios, you'd need a plugin setup as a check, which generally poll variables. (such as something presented in AWS) We have an open-source exchange for plugins available at https://exchange.nagios.org - take a look and see if you can find something you're looking to use.

Please find attached the matrix I require to monitor aws , kindly let me know how you do the same in nagios?

I don't see the matrix attached. You'll want to research plugins on the page I mentioned previously though, most likely.
