Hi all buddies, Yesterday I tried to set up nagios on my macbook, version 10.12.3. I installed the nagios 4.2.4 successfully and finished installation. But I don't know what to do to monitor my own laptop by web services. When I tried to visit local/nagios it just shows Not Found.

So shall I add some more config files or some other patches to finished the installation ?
Thank you for any kind assistance!

What OS did you install Nagios 4.2.4 on to? Can you show us a copy of your apache logs, and all of the commands you used to install it? (history command is handy)

This should explain what's going on when it can't locate the files.

Hi Rkennedy,

Thank you for your asking . I've declared it's 10.12.3. And I only installed Nagios 4.2.4 on Macbook ,thinking apache was intergrated in Mac OS right ? Pls also find the system log as attached. Thanks!

I would attempt to follow our official instructions which can be found here. There are some pertaining to OSX - https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.p ... ategory=58

We're a bit limited on what we can support as you're using packages, and it's hard to say what has been modified with them.

Just checking in since we have not heard from you in a while. Did @rkennedy's post clear things up or has the issue otherwise been resolved?
