Scheduled report not read-able

hello,

I scheduled a report to be emailed to me daily. However when I try to open the attachment I got errors saying the file is invalid. I tried both PDF and JPG. I can private message the attachment if I know who I should send it to.

You can PM me the file, but what version of XI are you running? There is a known issue in an earlier version of XI.

Also, do you have problems with any of your other scheduled reports?

This is the only report I have scheduled. We are running Nagios XI 5.2.9.

Are you able to upgrade? That was fixed in 5.3.0.
Fixed newly scheduled pages sending corrupt .pdf files [TPS#8874] -JO
