SNMP Traps are getting populated in State History for Report

Post by msmulpuri »

Any reason why there is an issues with traps that are getting logged in to the traps log file but they are not getting populated in to the State History under Reports? Could you please assist with fixing this issue? It all was working well until yesterday but it started acting up after the snmptt log file rotated yesterday at 2:45 PM EST. Seeing the same behavior across both of our Nagios XI servers.

Nagios XI version:
5.3.3

Can you show us a report / screenshot / log files outlining and corresponding what data is missing?

We'll then need to look at the related raw logs to see what happened during the processing.

May be you should close this case as XI support has been engaged to assist with this issue. I already submitted all the requested reports and logs for the issue to XI support. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
