Nagios XI Customer forum

Does anyone know how you can get added to the Customer forum? We have recently purchased Enterprise edition - but I can't see any way to post.

You'll need to email
[email protected] with your forum username. Email them from the email associated with your customer account, or provide that email to them. Please let us know if you run into any issues.
