Another one of those asthetic things

On the welcome screen the year still shows 2009.

On the login screen and all others it is shown as 2008-2011.

This is on a freshly downloaded 2011R1.8 VM or on a VM that has been upgraded countless times.

Looks like this page was being ignored by the upgrade script since it is outside of the normal nagiosxi webroot. Once a system is upgraded now, this file should be updated with it.
