It seems that something is changed in the permalink output. I cannot get useful data, and in some cases I get obviously wrong data.
The links provided are not working. Not from drilled in to a host, or the service status page, anywhere.

In 'Open Service Problems' page, I get this permalink
https://XIHost.../nagiosxi/?&hostattr=1 ... iceattr=10
You can see the serviceattr=10xiwindow problem in the URL.

which opens the 'Service Detail' page.

the 'Service Detail' page provides this permalink
https://XIHost.../nagiosxi/?xiwindow=/n ... w=services

Even more obvious was this one
https://XIHost.../nagiosxi/?&sortby=&so ... t=5ws64dev
Where you can see that "xiwindow" and the previous search term are merged into one piece of test.

Open Host Problems permalink just shows All hosts.

This is not okay for me. We need a solution to this pretty quickly.

Please advise.

We were able to recreate the issue in house, and filed an internal bug report (TASK ID 11198). Thanks!
