Nagios XI Notifications

hi
our nagios xi have 1945 hosts and 2071 services. when a problem occured, nagios xi generates some of notifications and show that they are sent to contacts But there are no logs for that's notifications in our sms pannel and don't recieve to contacts.
what's your approach?

The first places to look are /var/log/maillog and /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/phpmailer.log. Can you share the contents of these files?

for example, I have a case that have some logs for a URL service and its states but not generated its notifications. care about time of logs and notification's time.
after 11:06 we haven't any notifications for this service

Judging by the logs, there's definitely some sort of problems at least with the remote mail servers regarding message size and, prior to that, smtpauth protocols being violated. I would address those with whoever maintains the remote smtp server.
In terms of the service not generating notifications, can you share the definition for this service?

I'll actually need to see the Nagios Core configuration for this service. That's just the check_command.
From the Core Config Manager, this file can be accessed by clicking the little floppy icon next to the service:
