When we want to change an option in all of hosts or services, Should I apply this change on the individual nodes?!!
(When we change the option on template -that nodes are use it- the change does not apply on nodes)

I think what you are looking for is the Bulk Modifications Tool in the Core Config Manager (CCM).

If that doesn't let you do what you want, could you please describe the situation in more detail? Thanks!
