Install error on Nagwin

I have installed Nagwin on a Windows 2008 R2 server and am getting the following two errors. I cannot get the Nagwin_Nginx service to start:
1) In check Nagios configuration
Reading configuration data...
Read main config file okay...
Warning: Could not set effective UID=1008
Failed to drop privileges. Aborting.
***> One or more problems was encountered while processing the config files...
2)Service status
SERVICE_NAME: Nagwin_Nginx
TYPE : 10 WIN32_OWN_PROCESS
STATE : 1 STOPPED
WIN32_EXIT_CODE : 0 (0x0)
SERVICE_EXIT_CODE : 0 (0x0)
CHECKPOINT : 0x0
WAIT_HINT : 0x0
Nagwin_NagiosFcgi
Does anybody have any ideas as to what the problem could be. If needed, I will attach the config file

Does anybody have any ideas as to what the problem could be. If needed, I will attach the config file
