Hi,

We are using Nagivs and would like to import the jpeg files in Nagvis. However Nagvis only allows me to import .cfg file.
How do we covert the .jpeg files to .cfg files.

nagVis defintely allows uploading of .png files. I've been doing it for years. You must be doing something wrong I guess. Please list detailed steps how you upload the maps. maybe you try to upload a map instead of a background?

@bosecorp, how large are these jpeg?

The default limit in /etc/php.ini appears to be upload_max_filesize = 2M, so you could potentially increase that...or use smaller images.

Also, please try to upload an image and then run tail -50 /var/log/httpd/error_log and post the output here in a code block.
