How to Show the CPU,Memory and uptime on Nagios XI

Hi Support,
I have installed Nagios XI 5.2.4 then i add Cisco Device but the detail is like CPU,Memory and etc is not show.please assist me to show the detail it

The Network Switch / Router wizard does not typically display this information.
You might try using the "SNMP Walk" wizard against the device to find the OID that contains the information you wish to display.

HI Support,
I have added the CPU on Juniper Firewall .1.3.6.1.4.1.3224.16.1.1.0 for CPU and OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.3224.16.2.1.0 for memory is not appear.please assist me

Can you share the output of a full snmpwalk against this device? Preferably as plain text; A screenshot would not be particularly useful.
An example of an snmpwalk against one of my remote linux machines:
