Sorry for the delay
Had to move my datacenter my old apartment got damaged by water and extreme heat. Not a Fire a steam pipe leak under my floor
In my new place I found that my ESXi Hosts networking was not setup correctly
I have two nics on the esxi host and one was setup as standby changed that and now the problem went away
Please lock this
