Hello!

I am working on LDAP integration for Nagios and my LDAP engineer is asking where/how can I set filters for LDAP. I have a huge organization, only maybe 100 Nagios users but LDAP has 200,000+ users. Any ideas?

There are certainly some ways to do this on the LDAP side of things, but from the XI side, there is Feature Request 6537 to allow searching LDAP for specific users.

There's also Feature Request 9236 to allow adding LDAP users via the API.

One thing you could do is add them manually and select LDAP as the auth type. That's not really ideal for 100 users, but it is an option.
