Duration - minus?

Hi, i've a problem with some of my host and service checks, the "duration" is a negative or minus figure .i.e -42s see attachment
any ideas? i couldn't post on the customer forum as my account doesn't have permissions

Is system time correct on your Nagios server?

it is now, it wasn't a few days ago, so i assume its related to that, however there doesn't seem to be a way to "reset" everything. If i force a manualy check on a service i just get the same thing.

I would also check to make sure your PHP timezone settings are up to date. This wiki post if for a different issue, but the fix would be the same.
