NOtification Not Working.

We are facing a issue where the notification are not getting generated to the Email ID. W have enabled the Notification preferences,Add the host notification handler and Service notification Handler,selected the Alert for Down,Unreachable and Flapping. The test mail are firing but unable to get the notification.

If that KB does not resolve your issue, can you PM me your Profile? You can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the Download Profile button towards the top. If for whatever reason you *cannot* download the profile, please put the output of View System Info (5.3.4+, Show Profile if older) in the thread (that will at least get us some info). This will give us access to many of the logs we would otherwise ask for individually. If security is a concern, you can unzip the profile take out what you like, and then zip it up again. We may end up needing something you remove, but we can ask for that specifically.

After you PM the profile, please update this thread. Updating this thread is the only way for it to show back up on our dashboard.

We are able to send the test mail ti our id but while enabling the notification we get the following error in /var/log/maillog

What's the output of the following commands from the Nagios server:

traceroute STMPSERVER
You may need to install traceroute first.

It's helpful if you provide text output in code blocks rather than screenshots, unless you are displaying stuff in a GUI. It's probably quicker for you too since you can just do a find/replace on any sensitive info.

We are receiving the Test Mail sent from graphical Interface. Even can see nagios firing the notification under homepage-->Incident Management-->notification
But not receiving a single mail to the in box

Those errors suggest there's something up with your Exchange server. There seem to be many possible resolutions: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Fo ... ginglegacy

Personally, I'd just start with rebooting the Exchange server, if that's an option.

You never did send your profile. You can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the Download Profile button towards the top.
