How we can Monitor our bandwidth using nagios xi,
Which one is best services for the same?

what do you mean by 'live' bandwidth? this might be better off using a nagios product called network analyzer. it will read through your flow data and tell you information, but, again - it really depends on what you're looking for.

otherwise the switch / router wizard should work fine for monitoring bandwidth per interface, it will only poll every x minutes though.

how to install network analyzer and there require any licence for the same,?

For clarity, you can monitor bandwidth with XI, but not *live* bandwidth really, which is why @tacolover101 asked for clarification on that matter (and why he present the switch/router wizard). You can poll every minute, but that's going to produce load on your XI server.
