Some Performance Graphs Are Not Updating After Restore

I built a new Nagios server on RHEL 7.3 (64-bit) and installed Nagios XI 5.4.3. The server appeared to be fully operational after a week of testing. I performed a Nagios backup of the old server running RHEL 6.8 (64-bit) with Nagios XI 5.4.3. I copied the backup to the new server and performed a restore. Everything appeared to be okay, until yesterday when I noticed that some of the performance graphs were not updating for some of the services. The historical data is intact. What data is missing varies across the hosts, even virtually identical hosts. The usual missing data is _Host_, ping, and memory usage on Windows servers. The performance data files with a .rrd extension are located at /usr/local/nagios/share/perfdata/<hostname> folders. The timestamp on the files not being updated is at the time of the backup of the old server. I have looked through various posts and articles in the library without finding a solution. I did notice that the folder /var/lock/mrtg is missing on the new server. I recreated it, rebooted the server, and the folder was deleted. How do I restart the data collection for these services? The real time results of these services are reporting normally.
