sheduling of reports not working

Hi Team,
We have scheduled the availability report for daily to my email id on Nagios xi. We are able to send it manually to my mail but when we schedule it we are not receiving any report to my email .

Do any of the other reports work if scheduled? Can you PM your profile? If you PM the profile you'll need to post again in this thread to get it back on our support dashboard.

sorry for the delayed response.
We are unable to schedule any of the reports on our Nagios servers A and B. Please find the system profile.

you'll actually want to click 'download profile' and send it over to the staff. that's just the text output - the zipped file contains many more logs to look at.

Also, what's the output of
service crond status?
