Hi Team,

I am unable to pull availability report on Nagios XI. I got following error:

Availability data is not available when monitoring engine is not running

where monitoring engine is running fine on server.

Please advise.

Locking and marking as resolved, it was fixed in a phone call.

The problem was that the changes to the commands in /usr/local/nagios/etc/commands.cfg got reverted to the pre-RAMDisk settings. I set them again and restarted the nagios services to fix it.
