Firewall blocks connection from hosts?

Hi
I have just setup my first nagios installation. Everything is working as expected, but I get some pretty strange firewall log entries on my nagios server. It seems like the monitored clients are trying to connect back to the nagios server. Can anybody explain why this happens and if I should open/change anything in the firewall setup.
From the log:
[ 5200.183725] [UFW BLOCK] IN=eth0 OUT= MAC=XXXXXXXXX SRC=XXXXX DST=192.168.117.13 LEN=40 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=50 ID=6644 PROTO=TCP SPT=5666 DPT=49072 WINDOW=0 RES=0x00 RST URGP=0
