Hi,
I have installed XI_agent_nrpe in one of the test machine , for monitoring current users logged-in using check_users plugin,but the total number of users count is calculated including the duplicate users. Is any other way by which i can overcome the duplicate count ?

And one thing i have installed XI_agent_nrpe in Centos,I'm thinking to install it on one of my RHEL Test machine too. Is it required to have Redhat Registration for the installation to complete ??

You can try running the plugin with the -h flag and see if it has an option for that, otherwise you'd probably have to modify the source.

For our installer scripts to work you have to have a registered copy of RHEL. It would probably be possible to manually install the packages and such without it, but due to the complications with outdated packages and the inability to use yum we wouldn't be able to offer much support on that.
