Not natively, no, but you can run it within a VM that runs inside a Windows machine.

Thanks ,i am planning to install on Vm which resides Windows 2012 R2 server.Can I get the opensource monitoring Tool link to download for windows

We don't have pre-built images for Nagios Core. VirtualBox does have pre-built Linux images:
https://virtualboxes.org/images/ . I'm sure other VM providers also have images.
Once you have the VirtualBox image, you can compile Nagios from source or use the repos, depending on your distribution of choice. Here are the compilation instructions:
