NSCA will accept passive check with null hostname

Hey guys, we just re-packaged Nagios Event Log and the packager forgot to restart the service after the reg key gets inserted and the result is this:
untitled.JPG
From the nagios event log: 2011-12-06 08:49:47Warning: Passive check result was received for service 'Windows event log' on host '', but the host could not be found!

Without the regkey it's just sent nothing for the hostname field which it has happily accepted. Problem is that you can't remove the unconfigured object from the UI, so where is this stored so I can make it go away?

There is a known bug with the Unconfigured Objects that will sometimes prevent an item from deleting correctly, I'm guessing that's the issue here. My understanding is that the Unconfigured Objects scans the nagios event log for passive checks, but it probably only scans back so far. I'm guessing it will disappear on it's own. If not, go ahead and post back.
