Add New User to all Services and Hosts

I need to add a new user to all Services and Hosts so they receive notifications.
Is there a way to do this without going into each host/service and adding them?

You could do this through templates:

or
through the Bulk Modification Tool:

Is the Bulk Modification Tool a feature you have to pay more for? I believe we do not have the full blown version more a stripped down version.

The Bulk Mod Tool is an Enterprise feature. Templates are the way to go. You'll find them below Alerting and above Commands at

On top of the PDF I sent you at 11:22 US Central, you'll also want to take a look at
https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=539 The screenshots used in that KB are from an older version, but are still valid. I don't know what version you're on anyway, so it might look perfect to you.
