Problem with Nagios XI 2011R1.7

Hi
our Company have a Nagios XI 20011R1.7 64 bit Nagiosserver, configured by your company as requested some month bevore.
Totady we cannot login into the WebPAge. We get the login window back without an error message.
I have take a snapshot via vmware form the server and reboot.
After the rebbot the login is possible but, in the Views you can´t see the services and all notifications which should be disabled are now enabled.
